When you reserve our services, the Online Reservation System sends your confirmation automatically. If you do not get it, there might be two reasons: our email is in the spam folder (please check your spam folder) or you have given us a wrong email address (please check the email address you have given us). If you still do not get our confirmation, please send us an email to email@example.com.
Which BusExpress telephone number should I call in urgent cases?

How can I find the driver?
Our drivers wear uniforms, so they should be recognized easily. BusExpress drivers wear dark trousers, white shirts with our logo on the collars and dark-coloured jackets labelled BusExpress. When you arrive, we welcome you with a waiting board (with your name or any other words written on it,by your request) at the airport. When you leave, our driver always waits at the given address, while in hotels at the reception.
When do I have to leave for the airport?
Passengers normally have to be at the airport 2 hours prior to the departure of the airplane, therefore we have to take the running-time into consideration and allow some extra time to ensure you arrive in time. The ideal time period is very similar in case of each airport you can find in our reservation system, 5 hours prior to the departure of the airplane.
Is it possible to take animals on board?
Yes, it is. The conditions are listed in section 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
What vehicles can I choose for my travels?
We always make sure that our vehicles provide a comfortable journey for all our passengers: in case of 1-3 passengers we use a 5-passenger car, in case of 4 passengers a 5-passenger minivan or a 9-passenger minibus, in case of 5-8 passengers a 9-passenger minibus, in case of 9-14 passengers 14-passenger minibus, in case of 15-20 passengers a 20-passenger bus. In case of VIP transfers our guest can travel by a high-end car.
